Always impressed by what you did with your "CPS" work on theses oldies. Specially here with the wing of the aircraft of the Hangar stage. The new CPS dimensions with all these parallax effects give so much life : good work, bro !  :yugoi:

Thanks again!

Although I have to say that the wing did already have the parallax effect, even in the original arcade game, I just tweaked things here.

Did I already mention the good work you're doing with these classic stages ? :nice:

Only little thing here with the Cammy SFA3 stage : I noticed a strange, fairly wide vertical line in the sky behind the windmill's sails. It has a purplish hue. I don't see this line in the POTS version of this stage for example (but his version is not CPS corrected : once you taste it, you adopt it ! :lugoi:).

I updated the SFF to get rid of it, in case anyone is interested : the Mykonos sky is again some kind of full blue heaven. ;)

Thanks man! :)

This is my mistake - I made it while horizontally extending the background and only noticed it myself some time ago, but I did not have the time to fix it the meantime. :fuuu:

Very good job, as ever.  ;) :goi:

Just a little notice for CPS + zoom-users like myself. I had to tweak a little bit some ones. Because I use these zoom values :
zoomin = 0.9
zoomout = 0.75
You're using the 0.75 value for both on all your CPS stages.
This brings not much problems, but some. It can be especially seen with SFA3_DeeJay (037_DJ) : the Y delta is a bit low when you high jump with the close zoom, then you see some back color (black here) under the sea. As well as the "campanario" and the "casa" needed to be a bit lowered in case of high jumps. So I upped the delta values on these items for around 0.3 to 0.12 units (delta = 0.25, 0.72 for [BG 0] "Cielo", ...).

Yo :megusta: I don't know if I understand all this correctly, but just in case I will try to explain what my edits aim to do.

Regarding the SFA/SFZ stages - neither 4:3 nor 16:9 stages are actually intended to be zooming stages - the zoom in 16:9 stages is set at a constant 0.75 and used only for scaling (as opposed to scaling through localcoord) - the zoom of 1.0 for a 4:3 stage and the zoom of 0.75 for a 16:9 stage results in the stages being the exact same scale both in 4:3 and 16:9 - with only the field of view being wider for 16:9 stages.

I sometimes make an actual zooming stage, and it is then marked with the 'zoom' word in the filename and have a range of zoom from 0.6 to 0.9 - however I currently don't make these zoom variants for SFA/SFZ stages.

If you see a bug in the stage edits as I released them, then you can let me know, because it is not clear to me from the above description if there are bugs to be fixed.

Knut

Thanks for your answer, Kasagi, and sorry if I was a bit unclear.

Don't worry : there are no bugs in your stages (except the little one I found in the sky of the Cammy one earlier  ;)).

Yes, I noticed some of your stages, marked "zoom", have the feature. But I completely understand that most of the stages you worked on are not intended to be zoomed. The thing is just that I want all of them to. ;D What I tried to explain is the tweak I did on some stages, only to get rid of some back color appearing because I forced a zoom where your work was made to have no one.

So, again, don't worry : there's nothing to repair or to change in your stages. Your work is gold, and I hope there will be many more stages coming soon. :mthumbs:

Outdoing yourself again, I see. Great work. One stage I would LOVE to see edited is NeoGouki's Alex Third Strike stage.

I'll think about it when I finish my current projects and have some free time later.
