There is a bug in the Silver Samurai character edited by REDHOT as well as in earlier versions by Iwakick that causes incompatibility issues in IKEMEN GO. If anyone knows how to fix this, please share the solution. Thanks.

I just looked at the character. My 1.0 mugen wouldn't boot the character at first.
[Statedef 2490] was causing problems with "statedef -2". When I looked in Statedef 2490 there were a TON of explods all labeled as statedef -2. So I gutted AAALLLLL of the explods out and it booted.

Mugen 1.0 says it's booting in winmugen mode.

I don't know what statedef 2490 handles but it looks like some life/power bars for an ultra.

And there's one more thing it causes a bug in the Tag System; I just remembered, I had forgotten about that.
