most Underrated/Unmentioned Fighting game character?

i think fei long is under estimated, i loved fei long in the street fighter games but it seems hard to find a decent version of him for mugen.

Q' in SF3:TS is underrated as hell, but still it's ok, because he's in fact weak compared to the rest of the characters (may I suggest a Street fighter III 3rd strike # reload to fix the unbalance? )

Nah, 3rd Strike is good as it is. Doing a revision could bring down its "Legendary Game" status.

You can't really compare the amount of sprites for Jin with Ibuki's.

No way, I'm the first one doing Yun... well, the second one. I have Necromancer's Yun, but it's incomplete. He only has Genei Jin, which is very ironic since of the 3 super arts he has, its the most complicated one.
