That looks pretty cool. Just feel that his right arm/chest area could use a bit heavier outlining so it doesn't blend so much, and the visor looks dull when compared to the rest.

Terry's design is off. when they redrew Rock they kept his pants in the same wrinkled style like in Garou so I imagen the would do the same for Terry. I think Terry is a bit bigger in Garou as well.

I ment when they converted the original Terry they ironed out his pants in a very flat style.

When they converted Rocdk they kept most of the creases in his pants

Garou Terry has bigger calves and a slightly larger build all around

Garou Terry looks tight, oh how I wish Capcom used that design for Cvs2. Well, thank goodness for Mugen. I also dig B.Jenet, but I think her legs need to be thicker, they are too skinny.

Also who is the chick before Angel in the red/orange outfit?

Ah that chick was supposed to be part of the Hizoku clan (Lin's partners) I guess, I made her based on a pic from the art of KoF 2k1

Yeah, Ran/Lan, fire user, though the fire is ignited from her left leg, she appears in one of lin's kof 2001 win poses.

Can't you isolate and crop each sprite so we can give feedback on the updated ones?
Also, aren't some of those pretty old?

 I'm kinda lazy so I don't think I will  :P, about half hour ago I deleted most of my self replies explaining the modifications to most of them (to avoid a wide long thread), but yes some Like Hanzo and Byakki are kinda old and untouched because I think they're fine the way they are
