Work in progress: My very first character.

This is the work in progress of my very first character. Named him Hood Man for now. Will give him a propper name later on.
I'm almost done with perfecting the outlines. (Having alot of difficulties with the hood, arms, hands and feet.) But overall I'm pretty pleased with him. I based his pose alot on Ryu since I grew up with Street Fighter I thought that it would be best to do a pose I was familiar with^^

I'd be glad to hear what people think and what they think I need to improve. Also pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hm, since people thinks it's a KKK hood it was not meant to be. It's supposed to be an executioners hood XD

Yeah. And perhaps add a rope around his neck and all round change the hoods appearance. I sure don't want it to look like a KKK hood XD

I'll upload a new picture of him once I get some more color on him so people can get a feel for him^^

Basic colored and basic shaded. Now he shouldn't be so offensive.
The outlines will be changed from black to skin respective cloth color when it's finished.

Actually, a hook is not a bad idea. However, let's make it a bit more outlandish..How about..A baseball bat instead of a hand, wrapped on his stump with a piece of bandage?^^
