Tested it out, its same as it was on eoh with some bug fixes and symbiote mode changed into a symbiote hyper.Has some nice sounds bits.The spark used on the rapid fire weapons is way way too big, it also plays when hitting the edge of the screen .The throw comes out way too fast, it needed at least a tiny pause when he holds the opponent.

Well i like all the "bonus" materials like the storyboards (which are few on mugen), but I fell him still like Cable on some of his moves I think is cool anyway (maybe the Rambo version of the Punisher Xbox game could be nice) but nice work over all
Oh... god... this character is awful... nuff said. There is so much wrong with him, it's ridiculous. But that's typical for a IMT character. Always shitting out wannabe MvC characters that play like shit and nothing like a true MvC style character.

I mean if I know something is gonna be bad, I avoid it....like most normal people do. I swear, why in the world do people download stuff they KNOW is crap to them and then complain about it? If you live life like this in general, I feel very sorry for you.
The character is fine haven't noticed many bugs, The jealousy should stop it dose not make anyone look any better, and you all are really just kids to Mugen even if you have made a few creations.
