'Sup y'all.
Here's yo' Cock Howard.



Includes:
-hi-res character SFF
-tweaked character.cns because Rock's flame hand winpose was misaligned
-fixed special.cns that makes Light Rage Run not make Rock sink, as vyn added two rather pointless possets to it.
-supers.cns with half-scaled afterimages for the super startups
-double-res'd animation.air
-lol KOFXII palette as seen above
-I don't know why I included the .def, I swear to god
-a disclaimer stating the following:
-The sprites aren't mine, they are by an anonymous Japanese user from NicoUploader;
-Said Japanese user said the sprites are okay "to borrow", assuming you can use them.


I have made about 4 sprite edits in this whole thing, but that's about all I've made.

What this DOESN'T include is color-separated eyes like the original CVSX Rock Howard.
And maybe some misaligned sprites here and there. :/

Very nice patch. Thanks to you and of course the anonymous Japanese dude who made all the spriting. :)

I noticed the Power Charge FX is very little, something like twice too small.
Apart from that, very good !

Oh crap, it IS very small! I didn't notice since I barely ever powercharge. ._.
I'll try to whip up a fix real quick.

EDIT: Updated link above with power charge fixed.
EDIT 2: ANOTHER updated link, since his flaming hand winpose had a flam that was too small. This has been fixed.
EDIT 3: FUCK. Yet ANOTHER updated link, since like an idiot, I put in the wrong character.cns
