Big news, if all goes well, I will actually be releasing SHADEs of Manhattan 2 on Tuesday or Wednesday.It's been a long time coming, and I can't wait to share this game with everyone. YEAYUUUUUH! Been so excited about this. I just can't hide it! I'm about to lose control... and I think I like it!
I've had a lot of fun so far, but I've noticed a couple nagging issues.Chad in Black's counter super will miss its first few hits at point blank range. (Noticed this while using Kane Kelly's light punch)(Could be purposeful) The heavy kick version of Kane Kelly's Entity Strike has a very unreliable hitbox and incredibly short range, with, from what I've seen no combo usage which makes it kind of a fifth wheel.The sound on Bloodtide's Bloodshot occurs well after the projectile has left her area. This results in the attack frequently hitting and then playing the "crashing wave" sound, which looks and sounds awkward.(Could be purposeful) Only the light kick version of Wyldestar's shining crescent can hit falling opponentsThat's all that I've really noticed so far. Great job on the game.Look out or Kelly's entity will reach out and grab ya. Abracadabra.
design-wise a lot more could be done with wordpress, especially that some standard settings like the archive and "uncategorized" or the calendar. why are there some stage screenshots in the download page, but no download links for the stages?A screenshot page would be usefulIn the Video section, you see probably just everything from sean`s YT channel i suppose?There are a lot videos there now which have nothing to do with shades of manhatten. I see the log in / log out menu, but what are they for when users cant register themselfes? Beside that comments are disabled it seems, so even if someone could register, what could he do with his account?The website looks all in all not really designed for the game, i guess the theme used is more or less random, and no changes were made to it
