Tried it, it doesn't like Winmugen much. He flashes different colours all the time. Other than that I suppose, it DOES work... it just reminds me of a disco ball. lol.

Yeah, forgot he's for DOS. If you still want it, the DOS2Win tool should fix that, like:

1.- Right click on the character's folder and uncheck the read only properties box.
2.- Copy dos2win.exe and Charsffdos2win.exe inside the character's folder that you will fix.

So it's been 15 months since I asked for anything.. but I'd like to ask for something now.

Somebody gave me bad advice by telling me to come here then. Sorry about that.

In that case, does anyone have Fio by Human? He says the latest version is 3.0 but his site is dead.

The page linked there has a screenshot of Popura and no download link, it seems. It's all in Japanese too, so that isn't making things any easier to understand or find.

Also I got in touch with Human, he sent his Metal Slug stuff to me on a Mediafire link. He rules. It's offline (not linked on his site, his site links to FileFactory which just shills their signup by lying about how their free download slots are all taken) so if anyone wants it I can share it.
