Route 99 from Sonic Advance 3.

Made May, 2012, with great assistance from Cybaster's stage tutorial.
Sprite rips by SkyLights, Domenico, Flare, Geo Prower and myself, Stage music found at http://www.soahcity.com/
Native resolution being 1280x720, includes 3 music options, hence the filesize.

Edit: Noticed a serious issue with the stage using a 640x480 resolution Mugen, I have corrected it and advise you to redownload if you happen to use such a configuration.
