Part 2 kicks ass aside from two things.

-The pacing
-The ending

Joseph: Sugita Tomokazu, just like the game.
Caesar: Satou Takuya (next to nobody...)
Stroheim: Imaruoka Atsushi (SSF4's Adon, Baccano's Dallas Genoard)
Speedwagon: Ueda Youji (Viewtiful Joe's Fire Leo, not a hell of a lot else) (yeah, I fucked that up.)
Lisa Lisa: Tanaka Atsuko (SFxT/SF3's Poison, Nier's Kaine, Fate/Stay Night's Caster, GITS' Major Kusanagi)

I knew we'd get the Major for Lisa Lisa. Can't wait.

I always thought that the perfect voice for Cars was Kaneto Shiozawa.
...Too bad he's dead but hey what are we gonna do about it? (Daisuke Gori was the perfect voice actor for Tarkus too)

The old OVA's had (for the most part) terrible voice acting and art style... but that's all we had back then so JoJo fans couldn't be picky.
And seriously, how can this guy not be voiced by Wakamoto?

I don't know, for me that's a low priority anyway. There are other characters for Wakamoto later on.

Getting Tanaka for Lisa Lisa, though, that's something I can care a lot for. Lot of people thought they'd get Kobayashi for her, but for my money no one can do cold and sultry like Atsuko.
