It is NOT cheap.
Works for 1.0 and Winmugen (to make it work in that version, rename "UB22 Goku" to "UB22_Goku" in all files).
However, if you find errors and you're testing him in WinMugen, I don't care. If the errors happen also in 1.0 then I care.
Test this char with 1.0.

Feedback appreciated.
You must have played this game. If you have some useful information about timings etc., I'm all ears.

Well thanks for the heads up in your comment about him not being cheap. I will check this out because of that.

Not usually a fan of the UB22 styled characters, but I am going to give this one a go anyways just to see what you have done.

Umm, why is there a debug line of "loading in pre-1.0 compatible mode" on a 1.0 char? :inquisitive:

Because I didn't change the mugenversion (I wrote "all" because it works on all versions, but it should be 1.0).

Second release today.

Added:
- Elbow Dash;
- Aura Charge, like in the ps1 game;
- guard sound.
Fixed:
- Evade motion afterimage;
- sound effects for all basics;
- some CLSNs.

it looks like that you released something :)
ok there's my sugestions:
-should elbow dash be linked with kick button while movecontact,like adding var,anim and state for second hit,think about about it,like I have created elbow dash on my bootleg goku and that atack have two hits,like first is elbow and second is with kick...

other stuff in my opinion is good...

Yes, that's something I forgot.
Linking a basic attack to the Elbow Dash. You're right about that.

Ultimate Battle 22-27 was such a bad game it was good.  I actually enjoy playing the game!  So I'm picking this Goku up just because, I'm wondering if this will be a stand alone release or if you plan to do other characters from the game?

Right now, I'll focus on making this char complete; then I thought of making Vegeta.
But future will tell...

I also enjoyed playing the game! But almost everyone hates it... :(

Totally understandable, looking forward to seeing your progress as a creator and where this character is taken with your future updates etc.
