I have seen mant of you use a website to navigate across old sites or sites that doesn't exist anymore that had a backup or something like that...

Can you help me with the name of it or url please

And not as good but sometimes you can also use google's cache, just google the url and click the cache link.

There was a guy telling me (and some friends) some crazy  Megaman theories, he said hehad official links to backup those things... later on he said the site doesn't exists anymore and I remember some mugen guys used to save or found stuff with that site...

And last, he doesn't really have the url, so seems anything he has wasn't official or to be found
