I am updating Shadow-Agent and making a Nash based off of the new SFV moves, was wondering if anyone has/knows of any sprite edits that i could include in the new SFF file? all credit will be given to the authorsthanksMGMURROW
Hey, good to see you back here take a look at Graphics and Sprite Projects boards, there're some spriters who're trying to recreate SFV Charlie right now, maybe you can find something there (also next time use Development Resources to request sprites, sounds and general stuff to make MUGEN creations)
Well, I do know a spriter who's willing to make a full Sprite of Charlie in his SFV appearance. Just need to know if,you would like it via the usual SF Alpha style, SF3, or my personal favorite: DBZ Extreme Butoden (it s more fluid in animation, even if limited, and has a nice "flow" to the shading, coloring, basically everything. If you want to know what it looks like, there's a bunch of DBZ chars in the projects board with that sprite style).

how about not making him rip off Rugal, and instead give him a extension of his own anti-air for his EX? kinda like this:if you want to make him in CPS2 then it would very dumb to re sprite him again in the same style, especially when all of his moves in SFV are the same as the ones in SFA.so you may as well just take his alpha sprites (and the move that i made) and just code him as command character.also use this video to know more about how SFV's system workshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqHYSotYW8A
Besides the flash kick, not all of his moves in SFV are the same as SFA. I don't see him have a command grab in SFA, along with a target combos. In fact, most of his normals look different too.

The beta just has japanese voices for now. So wait till either beta 2 or 3 has them, or a physical copy comes along the way.
