hhmmm is the jab always going to yell? You could make two versions, one with his mouth like the original, one the new way. Then the code for yelling would/could match. It'd add a teeeny tiiiiny bit of awesome.

I think there needs to be a bit of blur or something with the one on the right. It doesn't look like Buu has two left arms instead of moving from one position to the other.
Why not add a blur like Duo Lon's ground kick?At least on the way out. It would help match the blur his arms are making, and keep it consistent.
The "M" on the belt looks a bit off through that anim. Aside from that, the spritework is just amazing
