The name of this move is called the Sledge Blow. It is based on an attack that he uses as the final boss in the PS2 game Ghost Rider. Blackheart performs a standing two-handed hammer fist that reaches into the ground. Sledge Blow is a command attack; it can be used as part of a combo.
The movement should follow, but not copy, Yashiro's Regret Bash attack from The King Of Fighters. Blackheart should be moving forward a bit when he executes his Sledge Blow.
Special effects such as aura and glow are not necessary for this animation.
Style: CPS2, must match its origin sprite.
