Does a method exist to obtain accurate deltas for use in stage conversion?

Strange, though this question is coming from me, it's high time I investigated further.  Any assistance is welcome. ^_^

If you mean deltas for parallaxed layers, here's a good tutorial:

If you mean deltas as in objects that move at different speeds than other objects, there are ways to calculate it.
- Find the characters P1 and P2 pos X in ArtMoney
- Take a screenshot of the stage with the characters in a specific position
- move the characters to a different position, and take a new screenshot.
- Compare the pixels difference for a specific object (the one you want to get the delta) between the first screenshot and the second one, and calculate it with the position movement of the characters (that you get from Artmoney)
- If you are good with ArtMoney, you can even get the pos X for the different background objects, which will save you to take screenshots
