i actually might main him if mileena doesnt comeback though his fatal really resembles mileenas aside from him kollecting pieces of a person
Speaking of mains. Is there anyone who mains Shao Khan? For me it's kind of like with Pokémon. Shao Khan is a boss, and always felt like a boss/overpowered, and like I don't ever use legendaries in Pokémon for normal play, as they are overpowered, I don't tend to like playing as bosses. However, I don't know how Shao Khan will be in MK11. Perhaps he would be more; "normalized?"Speaking of mains ... Hmm. I think I'll go Scorpion, Kabal, Noob and maybe try the Kollector.I do tend to want to learn Skarlet as well. The others will just be for fun.

Perhaps he would be more; "normalized?"He will likely just have the status of a sub-boss, like Goro had in MKX while having a normal gameplay. Also, I don't think anyone was ever a Shao Kahn main:In MK2, MK3+expansions and MKT, he was very likely bannedThere aren't many consistent Tier Lists for the PS2 era games, which indicates, at least for me, that there wasn't much of a competitive scene for those games, Shao was a low tier character in most tier listsMKvsDCU, I'm not sure about its competitive scene, but considering the game wasn't that popular, its likely nobody cared about it enough for him to have mains eitherMK9 had him literally unplayable
Exactly, most of those points is different from MK11's gameplay, current popularity, and that's something interesting for Shao Khan. That's why I was asking, as I always believed him as a boss/sub-boss type. Could this be a change? I can't recall any gameplay videoes of Shao being released yet.
One reason for me to play as Shao Kahn was because of his trademark ridikules and mid-fight gloating.
The best fair playable Shao Kahn was in Deception, and even then, he and Goro were only available in the GameCube versions of that game. I'd probably expect him to get the same treatment as Goro in MKX to make him more of a fair fighter this time around.
Kitana and D'Vorah reveal. Kitana uses Mileena's sais as well, which means the latter will likely not be present.
Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltywas it just me....or did Katana attack Devora with her butt at one point?
Man, thinking about it, other than having one of her many clones come into the fold, I really don't see her having any story relevance except in a few ways. Cause the revenant form was of Quan-Chi's doing right? Since he's dead, no revanants can be made unless somebody else knows how to make them.I find it funny that D'Vorah has Jason's comeback mechanic with a fully controllable bug. We in the endgame boys and girls!Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyShe did D.R.B, she did.
Maybe because of Quan Chi's death, the revenants only became loyal to the Netherealm. As Liu Kang and Kitana are the current "Emperors"and they seem to have an alliance with (corrupted) Raiden...Quan Chi is not needed anymore.Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyAlso, did D'Vorah killed King Jarrod?

The fact that Cetrion is helping now just shows how messed up the situation is.
