Yeah, I saw the tweet. Someone asked about the second lvl3 and they said "It's a secret. You'll have to play with goku gt to discover his third transformation"

Seems like some regions got him early. I can't find him on the UK PS Store but the replay channel has a GT Goku character filter and he has a spot on the character select screen so who knows, he might be unlocked a minute after posting thisEDIT: Oh he's already out on Switch, fair enough.

Ok this character is pretty amazing. Already one of my favorites. He has decent normals, instead of a ki blast he has power pole moves. The best kamehameha in the game as his QCF+S, if you hold it he runs a bit. His supers are all good. And damn, he has the best winscreen ever.
