impressive work ! congratulations !Your Sagat is great but i have suggestions :you could add a dark mode or transformation ! it will be so well ! it could justify the aggressivenessand also to complete your superb character add intro/interactions with some famous or rival character ( ex: dan street fighter from phanthom server)but i let you do what you think better. keep going on and good luck

Wait so will there be a more aggressive state for this guy oh boy. hopefully it won't be like my first encounter with nightmare Broly all those years ago beat me around the screen with ease first round. Had me on defense helplessly trying to achieve counters second round then his win pose powerup took up all my ram and my laptop overheated and turned off complete Nightmare experience lol. So far Sagat has this Ong Bak killer vibe that puts his SFA3 version to shame I feel his rival should be ryu but a special intro for Vyn's Evil Ryu they seem to have the same amount of bloodlust to their fighting styles.
no, with new modes i'm referring to some particular temporary state like sfv V-Skills 1/2, something like custom combo state or similar.. it depens if my coding skills are enough or not.. :/ :/ :/i'm quite sure they're not..

Well, with standard Tiger Shot, you could work some more on the viewer's left leg, it transits too snappy comparing to torso. Really like new Tiger Cannon.

yeah i Know what you mean, but don't worry, thet're all 1 tick sprites, the imageur doesn't show them properly, in action everything's fine, soon you'll be able to see it by yourselves
I suppose I am not the best person for giving feedback about animating sprites lol, but the new animation is rather a neat improvement.Although it could benefit from changing the delay of particular frames. Belt area is a bit jumpy and his left pantleg seems a bit too wide in the last frames, but overall it looks pretty decent.It will look good in game.

You may wanna calm with the notifications.I also noticed that his Tiger Cannons come out during the Superpause, so they don't move forwards for a split second, it's weird.
Tiger Cannon animation- great.Elbow animation- now here we have problems. The viewer's right ankle shall NOT be static in a movement like this. And look at the viewer's left toes, you need to fix them too to be more straight on the ground instead of spinning with the leg like that.
