Yep, I bring you two new releases in the spirit of the fooling of April. Boris is more of a serious edit deal that I spent a couple of months on, and Joe is more shitpost-y and he was cobbled together in the span of under a month (with the help of Synck, dronk, and Fclass, of course. [though only Synck was directly involved in the code...])

They're not stages, they're arcade intros and endings. Leave them in Joe's files.

It has come to my attention that I have been releasing Joe's updates with the uncut arcade intro intact. I sincerely apologize to those that received it unwanted.

Joe has been updated to 2.0, which includes a second intro, another palette, improved sprites and animations, and small bug fixes.

Just wanted to point out Joe has a frame perfect infinite if he uses air x, a, and b against a grounded opponent. Other than that, nice chars +2.
Hopefully someday I'll be able to make the little puffball on my profile pic.

The fact that a GoAnimate Boris exists in Mugen makes me unreasonably happy. I'd debated doing it at some point, but you beat me too it.

It's wonderful. Thank you.

I love that he complains when put in the corner too.

I made a very small edit to the wall cling for consistency in my own build because 1.1 zoom and camera pusher helper I made in my critters. My camera pusher was making him fly into deep space otherwise.

Good stuff.

EDIT: I have some suggestions for Boris if I may. His frame data and hitboxes need some work. His reach is really stubby, especially on his light attacks. I'd suggest making his normals (and the animations) reach a bit further, he get's out-ranged by the average character. This bad reach also maybe it too easy to drop combos.

Also, his supers are super easy to interrupt, with the exception of Teeth Guy and the long ranged blast. They come out too late after the super pause unless comb'd into, but the stubby reach makes that really, really hard.

I might be willing to help retool the animations a bit if you'd like, just to make him reach more. Another suggestion aside from the animation changes would just be to make some of the framedata/hitstuns a lil bit better. Part of me also wants this character to be a lil over powered because it's funny, but really all I think he needs is some better reach and some frame data tweeks.

Downloaded the 3.0 update and it's real good stuff mate, but I think you forgot to update the readme file, cause it still says its for version 2.0 and doesn't have the command listing for the new super.

Also I don't think the new level 3 super drains any meter at all, regardless of whether you whiff or successfully counter with it.
