Bear with me I'm still learning

This one pissed me off a bit, the palette took forever, I'm still not 100% on the proportions (specifically the torso) but if I keep working on the same sprite too long I'll go insane
Also: Scarves are hard

Yes I did Raiden's sprite in a different style to the other MGR characters
I just really like this style okay

Changed my workflow a little bit to be based off of a colour section map and a shading map to make doing palette stuff easier because palettes are fun.
