Note 2: Toggle off Auto AI by modifying the value of var(57) under ";AI펞‹N“®ƒXƒCƒbƒ`" from "1" to "0" in -2.cns.

is there a difference between the .zip and the .z01 (thats about 50 mb larger)

From what i saw Ume, none. Both zip and z01 files have the same files.

both files are the char since is a splitted zip file so the char is 150 mb in size not weird at all since i have seen other chars heavier then that for winmugen (i have one that is 300 Mb in size)
