I need some serious friendly advice on these. :(
Sig 1: I am nobody... Neither you... We won't be any matter just after a few years later when we die. Enjoy the happiness and sadness for now.

Sig 2: When someone or, a bunch of people makes fun of you. The total time they invested in making fun of you, is the time they couldn't manage to stay focused on their work or, development. If you care about them, let them know. If you don't, then don't bother. Stay focused on your own business.

Sig 3: You did a mistake and then you simply admit it after realizing your fault. This is one of the coolest things ever you can do in your lifetime.

I am no specialist in this, in fact I think you should seek a specialist, do some kind of therapy and stuff, talk to a psychologist, but anyway, I can't say much about the first two but I also suffer from overthinking sometimes. What I do is trying to keep myself busy: if I'm alone I try to work, listen to music, play a game, or when I get the chance I try to go out with friends. This may be a little hard rn because of covid but is always helpful to talk to friends.

I am no specialist in this. however, here are the tips.
Smoking: Each week the number of cigarette packs is reduced a little. No rush, change takes a little time. for some it is faster than for others.

Masturbation: Same thing with cigarettes! but here I recommend avoiding as much as possible to have contact with what makes you masturbate.

Over-thinking: This one I have three tips.
First: take a deep breath three times and start to mentalize the word wealth. It can be another word that brings you well being.
Second: Try to be more aware of the present moment.
Third: Meditation! starts with guided meditations. It may be difficult at first, but with practice the tendency is to improve.

Psychologist here. Those three are very different things.

-Smoking is physically harmful and should be stopped if possible. There are many ways to do this.
-Masturbation (like any sex act) is actually healthy and you shouldn't worry about it, unless it seriously affects your social life or work, or you are getting injured in the process.
-For "Overthinking" I recommend seeing a trained and certified mental health professional.

Act. I stop doing things like that long ago but it always comes back the thoughts. To combat this what works for me is stay busy at all times. If you don't have a girlfriend start talking to women like they are anyone in your friend group. Taking action in life is one of my biggest confidence booster more than masturbation. I think masturbation is just a placeholder for lack of action in life. For smoking, I think a good motivation for within can maybe help you quit. I just see people deteriorate in age faster over the years using it. How badly you want to stay healthy after you are 40 years old? Should be questions in mind everytime you smoke. Everything has to come from within. How badly to want to change and get away from these things?

I used to smoke a whole lot of weed, 10 to 15 joints a day for 8 years or so. One day I got so sick and tired of being stoned that I decided to go cold turkey. I cut off from those who'd smoke up and resisted the urge to get high. It was debilitating at first and you crave the effects for weeks but I kept at it. For me stopping all at once worked and I haven't smoked up in 4 years. Reducing the number of joints never worked for me so I just stopped altogether.

NOT a professional so please only take what I'm saying with a grain of salt, but here's my advice:

Smoking: As someone who has lived a life surrounded by people who smoke constantly, even though I don't smoke myself, my best advice is to wane yourself off of them. Seek healthier habits and reduce the amount you smoke week by week, day by day, bit by bit. Find supportive people who will help you stay on that path, too. It's harder to do alone than with others.

Masturbation: I don't masturbate so I can't offer clear advice on this one -- but I'd say, if you feel you do it TOO much, and it's taking away from your time to do other things, then maybe try and push your body towards focusing on the other things you want to do, as opposed to whatever is causing you to be this 'active'. Not the cleanest advice but, it's all I've got.

Over-Thinking: I do this a lot, and the way I handle it is by challenging the supposed 'reasons' I'm overthinking in the first place. I treat these reasons like strawmen arguments against me and just fight them in my head til I come out on top. I argue for what I wanna believe, with myself. It ends up working out and has helped me overcome self doubt and severe panic attacks. In the event I start over-thinking things, doubting myself, or breaking down, I just think about what exactly is making me feel this way, and I just challenge it with optimism and determination, since I don't really think panic attacks or moments of self-doubt really tell you anything truthful.

Definitely take someone else's professional input over mine. This is just my thoughts on the matters at hand.

Weed is not a problem for me. I am not addicted to weed. tho I smoke it occasionally. My health is good. But the problem is cigarettes. It's killing my money and I think I must stop all together. (My elder sister said the same as you).

I am trying to be active more in other daily activities. trying my best not to pay attention to things that make me do masturbate.
I am a shy guy in real life but act like an extrovert whenever I get people just like me or it's fun to talk with.

the second one usually works when I am surrounded by enemies where it often makes me felt disgusted doing it whenever my enemies appear randomly

what do you mean by "enemy" here?

Psychologist here. Those three are very different things.

I think I am becoming able to overcome over-thinking things. and trying to meditate. as I know over-thinking and meditation are not the same. hehe. So I can hope I won't over-think unintentionally instead of meditation, haha. but avoiding smoking and masturbation is still a challenge for me. I hope I can beat it.

Third: Meditation! starts with guided meditations. It may be difficult at first, but with practice the tendency is to improve.

I used to be a pro in over-thinking. and it was getting worse day by day. I am trying to avoid it.
yes. I am watching YouTube videos on meditation and super-consciousness. all those smoking things took me near to unconsciousness sadly. I hope I can become more self-aware.

Thanks to all who share their thought on it. I read you all. If I fail in these three things myself that badly, I will consider taking medical or counseling support. In real life, I do not have many friends as I am too selective. But the friend I have, I love them. I love my family. I cannot talk bout it directly to anyone as... you know.....  I hope things will get better day by day from now.

I meant that smoking in any form can be quit in this fashion. You could do the same with cigarettes. Luckily, I never enjoyed cigarettes or that would've been another problem for me to overcome.

thank god you never tried it out. otherwise....
I became interested in cigarettes after reading a novel by famous authors where cigarette is presented very romantically. I know now it was stupid.
Also, I am very disappointed with the internet, social media, web series, drama, etc. Media or, any show (whatever it is) most of the time they are trying to promote cigarettes and sex/adulteries for years. are the people in power want depopulation that seriously so that t becomes easier to rule the world!? sorry, It was going to conspiracy theories now. but it tried to enslave me with drug addiction and adulteries. I believe now I can do better and 'SMART' things.

@YugaCurry: one thing I must tell you as you are an indian. I recently discovered two spiritual indian guru Osho and Sadhguru. Their talks helping me to rise my self-awareness. Their sayings are the most beautiful things I ever heard from the Internet. All my negative activities including those three bad habit are disappearing and a huge part of the credit goes to those two legends.
Cold turkey

The only option I have rn.
