Why do you have DivineBlair files in the folder? Also can you upload a version that isn't pre patched with add004 please?

Another interesting choice of char, Sir Stiekem. Here's the feedback.1. Toss's throw direction is the wrong way round (Forward Throw throws backwards instead).2. Sonic Slider could do with more damage, unless it's like that to balance it due to being low-block only.3. Neptune Knee's first hit is the only one that connects normally (unless P2's airborne or far away (usually after cancelling) at first).4. May I suggest making Forcefield able to block projectiles? There's not much use to it otherwise.5. Both Genesis Blows do too much damage. I'd mainly decrease the Level 1's damage to balance out the wall-bounce.I lastly find it rather odd that she uses Capcom (Raging Demon) and SNK (Vanishing Rush) moves when she should preferably stick to Sega (or Virtua Fighter specifically) stuff like how Seth sticked to Capcom moves. If it's due to it being difficult to get VF moves, then I understand.
