I've looked everywhere (or more like I don't know where to start but that's besides the point) and I can't find good quality rips of Ryu's voice, etc from SF3 Third Strike.

Can someone lend me a hand?

Zwei Fuss had the entire voice and effect set for SFIII3 in a long MP3 on his site, and they were good enough; the only problem is you have to manually edit the file to obtain the sounds.

You could also rip it from the rom itself and the CPS3 emulator by entering the game and going to the test menu (default f2 button) select "sound and voice" and scroll the numbers till you find ryu's voice and record using any sound recorder.
