I seriously doubt this means MGS4 is coming to 360 and here is why...

The "i" has nothing to do with 360 or MS products at all, that is an Apple thing.  With the heavy Apple branding in MGS4, would it honestly surprise anyone to see a new version of, wait for it, AC!D on an Apple device?  The "!" could mean a few things, since it is the symbol for alerted soldiers in-game, however seeing as the "!" appears in Metal Gear: AC!D, it is more likely this is the answer.  As for the power symbol, that is not a 360 exclusive thing.  Hell, look at your LCD monitor, or your laptop power button, or any Dell PC power button, even the PS3 power button, all of them have that same icon.  The color green could symbolize MS, but it's more likely that they are using green to symbolize that it is green for go, as in green-lit, or possibly because its the universal color for power on or ready.

Anyway, it's all speculation until Konami/Kojima give up the goods, but don't get your hopes up is all I am saying
