i am tryn to make Sabra
she is a marvel charecter
but i am lost in how to even accomplish this

I think he is asking for help, as in what to do.

Find someone with similar moves/ look and edit the sprites to look like the character that you want.

I got a PM.

Another option is drawing the sprites.

Another option is using 3d software like blender and make a mesh and pose the moves.
