a character that has 1 super and required sprite does not make the character worth downloading, try to settle down and work on a particular character a bit more

-Missing hit boxes when crouching, I could hold down all day and I would never get hit. Infact, there's no crouch at all

-Walk back animation shouldn't be his walk forward animation
-Infinite priority on all attacks
-Some attack collisions look a little off. His standing Y attack could have a hit box where Don's swinging his weapon downwards.
-Air Y collisions look bad. You should try having the collisions on just one frame, not more than one.
-Some sprites are misaligned
-Pressing up causes debug info to appear. You may want to fix that.

Overall, I think you should further develop your characters first, before you release them. This doesn't feel like a good character at all i'm afraid.

The quality of the TMNT sprites both used by DCAT & warioman look like shit compared to the original TMNT characters for MUGEN by Erradicator, White Hear Knight & ByteZero.
