7 SamSho games in one package?

SOLD!

...although I do wish they would of added in VI to make it feel truly complete, but that wasn't on the Neo Geo to begin with...

Well... I like how the site looks. But his opinion on things are just that: HIS opinion, and let's face it... sometimes he can be wrong. Sometimes he can be right..

Take that Fighters History review, for example. It IS a near perfect rip-off of Street Fighter II, right down to the point where Capcom sued Data East... but where I think he fails in these reviews is that he doesn't look deeper then the surface level for some of these games.

I think Long John Killer has the right idea here with this game: It's not bad, it's not good... it's just there as another game in the Bandai machine of anime based arena fighters.

The biggest advantage being the realistic graphics and the game being a celebration of Shonen Jump's 50th anniversary.

The Data Spike/Shiv, ED-209 AND the Cobra Assault Cannon in one single Fatality? OMG YES!! Let's not forget the other one where he takes you down in the best way possible: IN the dick.

I'm also impressed with the stage fatalities as well and Sheeva is going to be a nightmare to face.

Hid this due to it being a spoiler for the trailer:
Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

It's not a spoiler anymore... but I'm hyped because it's the original Robocop and not the reboot version.

There's already one photo out there of a potential Fatality involving his data spike/shiv that is a callback to how he ended Boddiker in the first movie. But, there's more I want to see...

-His other Fatality better involve the Cobra Assault Cannon.
-His Friendship needs to have that dumb comedy show where the guy says "I'd buy that for a dollar!"

All the more reason why I like watching AEW instead. It's not ran by crooked people who bribed equally as crooked governors to make sure that the Performance Center is an 'essential business'.

I can understand Vader, Yoda and Starkiller not meshing well into the the look of Soul Calibur. You can easily make a case for 2B, but I might have a reason why she works out so well...

Fan service. SC VI parleyed their fan service as part of the package and 2B is, let's be honest here, a bit catered towards the fan service (Granted, I haven't played Nier Automata yet, so that can easily change if and when I get a crack at it). It worked out.

Spawn? Well, I like to think he was thrown in as part of a package deal because of Todd McFarlane creating Necrid for SC II.

Somebody said that the Coronavirus is actually a Bio Weapon being planned and conducted by China. But i actually have doubts that this is true.

I've heard that among many a conspiracy theory about this... *sigh* There's too many gullible people out there.

This is a huge mess.. the problem? I highly doubt Koei Tecmo is going to learn their lesson when it comes to the DLC prices.

That makes money for them. That $345 goes to probably something else they have cooking or whatever. I don't know how that works.

To me, DoA holds a soft spot since DoA2 Hardcore was one of my first PS2 games. It was fun to play, the tag team mechanic was awesome, the arcade mode was simple fun and just the right amount of cheesy. The characters looked great at the time and it was worth it.

Now? Well, the series does maintain the look of the Hollywood Starlet that I always considered to be: Beautiful to look at, but not the brightest apple on the tree... if you know what I mean.

Shimbori?

The director of DoA6. The dude has a history of being quite the divided person. In interviews, he said he wanted to make DoA6 more eSport friendly... yet, in other interviews he was all for the sex appeal. He was the same way when it came to any characters from the Xtreme series: He said that no one from there would be in the core game... yet we have Tamaki in the game as DLC.

It also doesn't help that the game has a massive truckload of DLC that is obscenely expensive. The Season Passes are for a combined total of $345! Who the fuck has that kind of money?!?!

A very ugly mess, that's what.

I'm wondering if the damage from Evo Japan 2019 was too much and they went the way the series knows best.

I never played ARMS, do those characters have unique attacks? If not, I could easily see "ARMS fighter" being a character and each alt would be someone from that game's roster. Otherwise, I think Spring Man is the most likely one.

Each of the characters had different parts you could put on and some characters, like Twintelle, had their 'ARMS' in other locations (with her, it was her twin pigtails). Byte and Barq are a tandem team similar to how Duck Hunt and Banjo-Kazooie would work. Mechanica is a teenage girl in a mecha.

There are plenty of options here.

I'm hoping for Twintelle since they flubbed so hard with Mai during the Terry reveal... but, I think they may head in a different direction.

Gotta keep Smash pure for the good boys and girls, you know. ;)

I was thoroughly impressed with Esdeath and what she can do... Beating someone that can eat your ice powers is no easy feat.

The next battle... well, this has curb stomp written all over it. Goro has been a previous Mortal Kombat champion and is strong enough to rip bodies apart. I highly doubt a Machamp can do that... But there a few things that could help Machamp. For Example

-That belt it wears? Apparently it's a power limiter.
-It can move mountains with just one hand.
-It can throw 1000 punches in 2 seconds (each hand throwing 125 punches in one second)

If nothing else, it does have a Gigantmax form and maybe they can use that in this battle... unless that requires an actual trainer to accomplish.

Out here is SW Washington, the county I live in (Cowlitz) recently announced their first two COVID-19 cases. Two older men have it... For the most part, it's all about caution here.

I highly doubt that things will return to normal quickly, but it will come back to some sort of normalcy in the future.

I live in Southwest Washington (state) and I am in the middle. To the north is Seattle, which is ground zero for the COVID-19 outbreak in the states. To the south is Oregon, where there are cases starting to pop up.. and here I am in the middle.

On a physical level, it hasn't affected me yet. But, on a mental level... woof. I'm a big sports fan and with all the sports (save for one I loathe in NASCAR) being either suspended or outright cancelled, it sucks on a massive level.

All I can do is go on with my life and put my focus elsewhere.

The physical difference being a key factor to them bugs me the more I think about it, because in one of their previous DBCs (Probably around Ganondorf vs Dracula) they mentioned how statistically, when putting heroes against villains, like Link vs Ganondorf and Simon vs Dracula, Link and Simon would lose 100% of the time in Death Battle.  Because of the physical superiority far exceeding any fighting talent or training.

Consistency on that would be nice, is all.

I understand where you're getting at here and they answered it on the last Death Battle Cast. They mentioned that speed tends to triumph over strength most of the time... You can't exactly hit her hard enough to kill her if she can react down to the nanosecond and counter.

I'm more impressed with the fact that they figured out how many decibels each scream had. 235 decibels is nothing to sneeze at, but when you have someone that bust out 300 decibels (AKA Krakatoa) on a consistent basis... yeah.

Oh, and I'm glad they didn't factor in the metric shit ton of souls she absorbed in MK9.

As for the next fight: It'll be the first time any of the Turtles have been in Death Battle since Season 1 (The Battle Royale, then the battle between Leo and Zitz). I'm hoping there is new weapons and info on Leo that can give him a chance against Jason.

As I said before, experience will be more then enough for Black Canary to win here. She's also a strong martial artist as well, which should be key here.

Sindel might have an advantage if they give her that Kwan Do she uses in MK11. That gives her an edge in reach, but that's all I can think of unless they give her the power boost from the souls in MK9. As I said before, I don't know if that's kosher.
