Similar to previous thread, I updated the USFIV characters for more IKEMEN features and small fixes.

Generic changes are:

- Removed throw invincibility from landing state
- Made the cheese KO more compatible with sfv characters
- Fixed a bug where characters landing from a jump, may slightly go under the floor axis line if transitioned to block right away.
- Various IKEMEN debug flood fixes regarding sound
- Added movelists for IKEMEN

All of the characters and links are updated on 2024-02-04.

Universal fixes:

- Fixed a bug where landing and immediately guarding may send the player slightly under the floor.
- Add missing throw tech voice
- Re-aligned sprite 5030, 20
- Added in-game movelists (IKEMEN Only)
- Sprite Remap for Young Zeku gethits (IKEMEN Zeku Only)

A small character update is coming.

It generally fixes a bug where if you block an attack the instant you land from a jump, you can fall slightly under the floor axis line.

I am also splitting the IKEMEN and MUGEN versions into two separate releases, with the IKEMEN versions getting movelists added. Support will still be maintained for MUGEN 1.1b.

Right now G is the only character with the update, but more will be added as I get through them.

One more post will be made when they have all been updated.

All characters have been updated on 10/15/2023.

General changes across all characters include:

- Added the "SFV_" prefix to all characters
- Added the Lose Pose for lost by time out and draw game
- Added throw invincibility during pre-jump frames
- Quick Get Up can be performed by pressing DOWN or TWO PUNCHES upon landing from a knockdown
- Back Roll can be performed by pressing BACK or TWO KICKS upon landing from a knockdown
- Fixed the death voice being interrupted by subsequent hits after KO

I updated each character once more.

The fixes that were reported here are:
- Fixed debug flood messages in IKEMEN
- Fixed Seth's Tanden Storm hitsparks
- Fixed Abel's HP Tornado Throw damage

Other fixes that I found include:
- Add missing sound when jumping off the ground
- Fixed Seth's Lose by Time Over pose to play the proper animation (previously it played one of his win poses)

The final (for now) update of the characters is complete and each of them should be fully compatible with each other for MUGEN 1.1b.

The suffix of Rufus and Cody has been changed from "SSF4" to "USF4".

Unfortunately the laptop with the tools used to rip sprites is fried. So at the moment I cannot update any of the sprites. There are currently no plans to add Omega mode content since that would require a re-code of mechanics. The updates are mostly to bring the characters up to standard and make them all compatible with each other.

Also with that said Makoto is now available. Rufus, then Cody will follow afterwards. There will be one more sweeping update with some very minor fixes after they are done.

Seth was updated to the Definitive Update ver. 7.001.

His changelog was relatively small.

Some issues were addressed:

- What does the "empty" V-Skill and V-Trigger selection do, if intentional?

By holding down before inputting the V-Skill or V-Trigger, you can perform the second one.
An issue was fixed where V-Skill II could not be performed in neutral with both Skills Selected.
Another Issue was fixed where if both Triggers are selected, the 3rd bar fills up automatically when 2 bars are filled


- Fatal Rush, Cruel Disaster, Tanden Install have the wrong command in the Readme.

The readme was corrected

- The way you implemented the Install is a nice compromise. I would just have the move be selected when you do the second input (any punch) instead of holding a direction throughout the animation. I mean MP+MK, B+P gets Sonic Boom, and so on. Or have a different button for each, since you have 5 options and 6 buttons available.

This was considered, but there's no visual or audible way to confirm the button press stores the move. Holding a direction makes the install less ambiguous. The directions are intentionally mapped so that:

Back (defensive): Sonic Boom
Down (utility): Ryodansatsu
Forward (offensive): Abigail Punch
Up (grappling): Screw PIle Driver
Neutral (default): Brutal Impact


- Crumple custom anim from Crush Counters seems a bit jittery. Especially when the opponent hits the ground.

The last part of the animation was smoothened out.

- Tanden Engine projectile invulnerablility feels just a tad too short. Noticeable against weak (slow) Hadouken and such.

Projectile invulnerability corrected to 28F after the move connects

- There are no hitsparks when you trade hits

I have no solution to this at the moment.

- Would be nice to have infinite V-Gauge in training mode. I never really did something like that so I don't know if training mode detection is feasible.

It will be considered for a future update

- Voice samples volume seems low compared to hitsounds.

The samples will be re-ripped in the future

- Tanden Maneuver has no hitsparks.

Placeholder hitsparks have been added

Ok, one more to go for now.

This is fixed by adding turn protection the moment Kolin gets control on wakeup. Included in the fixes.

This has been addressed

- I can't seem to connect more than one hit of her vt1 during air juggle state after a ex parabellum.

The juggle limits for the VT1 hits have been adjusted/corrected from 3, 3, 3 -> 3, 4, 5.

- I can't seem to cancel ex parabellum into any version of her hailstorm. I should be able to combo ex parabellum, ex hailstorm, ex vanity step punch, vt1 midscreen.

The hailstorm cancels have been added.
The 2nd hit of Ex Parabellum knockback has been increased.
The movement values of H Vanity Step and Ex H Vanity Step have been adjusted.
The knockback values of Hailstorm Projectiles have been adjusted.

- EX Frost Touch (lp+mp) doesn't work properly. Kolin stucks in a loop, constantly repeating the animation.

This has been addressed.

- commands in the readme have wrong inputs,

It will be fixed later in the updated archive.
