I'm gonna have to say no to Zodd and Vebel, though, on the premise that they deal way too much damage (and Zodd is rather tanky on top of that).

I hope these make suitable replacements, its getting increasingly difficult to find big replacements for the big team.

Dauntless kinda jumped the gun; I tried posting here yesterday but I couldn't login for some reason.
For some reason, my Training never teched out of the loop.
However, I did decide to bruteforce this by booting up a mirror and hitting A in the air during it, and only occasionally would Iori tech out of it AND fall out of it.

I did some further digging and found what might be the issue:
The air grab hitbox is out for WAY too long. 20 frames, to be exact. For reference, Ryu's HP shoryuken in 3rd strike is active for 18.
Not only that, but the hitbox extends for some reason?

This could be an issue, especially for Saya who's very floaty and thus can get two of these out in a low neutral jump, and IMMEDIATELY catch a jumping opponent.

nah jk, not much other than it isn't made for MKP. I do however, wish to add things that set'm apart such as parries and the sort

Just judging by the vid... His normal jump height is very low. Looks like he can´t jump over KFM.

the wooshing and hitsounds MAY be a placeholder, because I couldn't actually find any sound rips for this game. I'm not surprised tbh this game is painful in the sound department too

another fucking bootleg character wow how original

The imperfect copy, Scorpio, will soon be coming to M.U.G.E.N.!
A project I dusted off that originates from an eon ago, I'm going to be turning this into my first full-on character.

What's planned:
- normals (I have the sprites dont worry; this is absolutely assured)
- A recreation of the god awful spear in this game (the enemy jitters wildly once near)
- Ripping the sound effects
- Bitcrushing other, new sfx for consistency
- incorporating the amazing FMV fatality
- a teleport punch
- supers involving Scorpio's mask
- Did you know Start is the block button? That's frickin' nuts!
- Taunt that also functions as either a parry or a Melty Blood shield
- a fully fleshed out backstory
- learning how to code lol

I'm all ears on any question or comments you may have.

Hey everyone.

I tried to change my profile pic to make myself look presentable, that wouldn't change for some reason. I'll figure it out eventually, I guess.

My interest in MUGEN was piqued when I was a young lad back in the late 2000s, I had a giant screenpack with tons of characters. I got back into it a year or two ago, and my build is approaching breaking that limit from long ago. No rhyme or reason; Jotaro on Caillou, to Arceuid on a luigi made of bad brawl screenshots. (I love collecting bad characters; I got the space to do it hahaha)

My interest was especially renewed when I started to learn how to make MUGEN characters. I am still learning how to make a special move work properly, which has certainly "boosted" my optimism, but I won't whine about it. Good things come with patience. I am open to criticism.

Despite that, I've actually made and finished a character! It's ET from the Atari game. Barebones, but its baby steps. I am looking to discuss my future projects here, seeing as how I've seen some mugen prodigies hang out here. I'm looking forward to our future encounters if I'm not tangled in marathonning Fallout 4 hahahaha
