Kim Kaphwan (KOF 2002 - XI) - Because of how his pants are swiftly animated.
M. Bison (Street Fighter II) - Because the way he puts his fists looks like he is pondering about how he us going to beat the opponent up.
Magneto (Marvel vs Capcom 2) - Because he does a nifty trick with the hands.

3 things
1 - The character isn't a zip file in mega, it's on a folder
2 - Could you reupload to Mediafire or something? it's hard to download large files from MEGA
3 - You could delete the backup folder to save space

The character looks really funny :)
