To be honest, I don't recall many authors using the ForceFeedback state controller on their characters, the only time I've seen it used is in the common1.cns of KFM! 
Also, as the docs specify,

At this point you should just open your own graphics topic and post your sprites there, there's no real reason to post your sprites here or in the other themed sprite topics if you're refusing to follow the style of the themes themselves.
Since you didn't read my comment I'll post it here too. This is the third time I'm posting this.

After six years I can finally bump this topic to say I learned how to do that.
First of all, I downloaded Microsoft Visual Studio. It takes a lot of time, a lot of space, but I installed it.
Then I opened the OSBExtract.sln and OSBExtract.csproj; I managed, one way or the other, to compile it (I did things at random). Basically there's a "Play" sign, you know, the ‣ sign in green.
It compiled the project, it was in the "Bin" folder, "Debug" folder, there you should find the OSBExtract.exe.
After that, you drag and drop the .osb file on the exe and it should make a folder with all the sound files.
Keep in mind that the sound files may have an altered frequency, nothing difficult to fix with Audacity though.
Also Microsoft Visual Studio required me to update the NET framework from 4.0 to 4.8.

The old ones are based more on SvC, the shading and proportions are also more consistent and the boots and thighs aren't weird looking, with light coming from another place and the boots being copied and pasted; also, always in the "old" ones the legs are of the right length.

Felo, DARK!! and SEYLOS are the same person. I know it because he posted the same way (CAPS LOCK) in another forum too and he posted about his creations too.
He made those sprites, maybe editing some other people's work, maybe not.
Also, Felo, you might want to calm down and not swear left and right.
Honestly this could have been handled better.
I agree with some people that this topic could be posted in the Resource Releases, since the author isn't really going to continue the character and is releasing resources for others to be used.
CAPS LOCK is not needed here.

"Less is more" is not right in this case, you're just trying to find excuses to not put the actual effort in making a CvS styled sprite.
Less is more? Then make the sprites 3 colours total.
Come on.
Kakuge Yaro sprites are not CvS styled, they're not similar to Capcom's styles of sprites.
You're not trying to make CvS sprites, the other times when you posted sprites that looked like Alpha sprites you posted them here erroneously, just because Capcom did it (yeah? Then Darkstalkers sprites are CvS too, following your reasoning, but guess what? They're not).
And now you're simplifying sprites to have less colours, ruining the look of the sprite.
I think the reason you feel like you can't do anything else after the Takuma / Mr Karate sprites is because at the time you were using CvS sprites (mainly Ryu) to make them look right. Now you're trying different things, maybe you're lazy and that's fine, but you're not posting the sprites you're making in the right place.
