I recall there was a simpler way that had you change something in the common1.cns, but I can't find the exact answer I got for this before so I'm not sure

Can someone remind me how to change the tag in style, I prefer the jump in, to the run in as some characters don't have running animations (also is there a way to set this to jump out instead of run out?)

Not sure if it would help for inspiration but maybe his Project X Zone combos could give you some more ideas. Hopefully you can do something like making the laser work as more of a standard projectile with limited ranger for normals, and full range for an EX version, instead of just being limited to a single super.

Tested him out in both Mugen and Ikemen just to be sure but his medium punch still doesn't work while walking which seems strange as it works fine with the light and heavy punches

Yeah your characters have never given me any issues in the past, so it's a bit strange. When you sent me the one to test out, like I said I assumed he didn't have sound because he was going to have it added in later on as I said. I figured it might be an issue with maybe the snd file being from a much older character, but I dropped in the original Kuando and his sounds play like normal. Not really sure what it could be, but I suppose since you did design him to work for Mugen he's still working fine, just never experienced this with another character tbh.

Never experienced this with your previous characters, and it's probably just a weird Ikemen thing, when I had your test version I assumed he had no sound effects because they were going to be added in the final version, tested him in mugen 1.1 and he's fine. However his sound effects in Ikemen don't play at all, only the default sounds from the fight.snd like falling, etc

Amazing! I hope someone can really put some of these sprites to use again as I always preferred the T4 design sprites, Quickfeet you've done a great job!

Happy to see the finished version of this, I'll have to give him a try now that he's complete!

Also Kuando, as I see that usually he doesn't reveal his projects until he's actually working on them in his thread I won't specify who but I don't think mine will be done for a little while, just be patient and I'm sure you'll see more good stuff from him soon enough :)

Happy Birthday! Thank you for these so far Goku's a lot of fun! Just curious as I know this was a issue with Vegeta before how the palettes don't appear to work in Ikemen, however oddly enough, Goku's super saiyan transformation works and the hair and everything changes, Vegeta's move works but the visual changes don't appear oddly. This isn't a big concern, however I tried Goku's spirit bomb in both Ikemen and mugen and it seems like they do very little damage. Mind you I did do this on Ikemen with the add004 patch and on Mugen with the Unotag patch, but strange either way. Solid character otherwise, I look forward to using him a lot more and figuring out some combos. Thanks for this!

This is about the damage his spirit bomb seems to do in both my Ikemen/Mugen tests for some reason

Good luck, I can't recall her sprites if they had all the ones necessary but maybe adding some target combos like Guy's which referenced the animations in his original game would be a good idea. Looking forward to seeing this finished!

I just realized it might be a Ikemen thing only, my apologies, but it seems like you can just hold the triggers in and they activate when you let go, so pay no mind, I just didn't realize this was a thing.

is it intentional that you can hold down his heavy kicks? I remember the older version having it and it but it always seemed a bit unnecessary

I understand but I meant more like as a general base so, you can eventually replace the Evil Ryu looking sprites eventually but at least have the base done, and then just eventually swap out the .sff files as needed, but I get ya.

I was curious but I know that Vyn did his own version with some edited sprites for Evil Ryu to make him look/play more like Kage, as long as it's ok with him couldn't you use the sprites he did to set up a better base .sff until you have all the needed sprites to swap in. As long as the character will play the same that way you can just build a separate .sff as the sprites become available. Either way I'm really looking forward to what you come up with on this Rowen progress looks good so far!

Great work you guys! This might just be on my end and I apologize but I need a second opinion. I think some of the sound clips sound like they're peaking a bit, specifically the HOLD IT and YOU CAN'T ESCAPE, those seemed to be the ones that stuck out to me the most. Otherwise these are great, I've mostly been playing 18 but Krillin is great as well, thank you for all the hard work the Z2 team does on this. Merry Christmas y'all!

One thing I'd recommend is just by default changing his scale a little bit because he seems a bit too wide compared to the CVS style characters
