If you hit him during his strong Joryuken, he gets stuck in the air. (The timing is a little strict.)
I did some tinkering with the statetypeset, hopefully that fixes it.
You can also hit him during his air strong Hadoukah for similar results.
Fixed.

This Ryu on the left appears to be not from SFTM, is he from some fangame or something?
That's Ryunosuke fom The Spirit Fighters 2000 who is currently a WIP.

Small update: (11-14-2022)
- Fixed a slight animation desync on the enemy during Occhan Ranbu.
- Fixed an issue on Occhan Ranbu not working against jump/aerial attacks.
Small update: (12-26-2022)
- Fixed an oversight on Occhan Ranbu ignoring power cost.
