Love the new stages, but it seems like there's some overlapping issues for the Pokemon Center and PM64 House stages

If the site can't be maintained then I really, really, hope it doesn't move into a new discord server. That is the worst way to release information and I'm willing to bet so much stuff that people want are locked away or lost. That's what I saw with the SM64 PC port and other related things people have had trouble looking for.

This has been a headache for me for a long time. There is no way to put the portrait behind the box, other than, of course, edit the portrait itself.
EDIT: I just noticed you're on Ikemen but you posted in the MUGEN help section. My response only applies to MUGEN, I'm not sure if Ikemen can do it. Anyway I'm moving to the Ikemen help section.

Yeah sorry about that, I had a similar issue with Mugen and wanted to see if it was possible at all in anyway for Mugen before going to the Ikemen side of things.

works the same as mugen afaik ^ gotta edit the ports to give the illusion

Ah dang, but thanks for the help though. I'll have to go through all of that later or rework what I got.

Not sure if it's possible, but I'm trying to do a semitransparent sprite for the textbox. I don't know if it's possible to do what I'm trying to do so I want to ask if there's something I'm doing wrong here.

The result either leads the text behind the textbox or the victory portrait in front of the text box. The image below should show the problem.

I believe for most uses, Ikemen Go 0.99 is the better starting point.

Would it not have made more sense to take the MUGEN screenpack and add in the extra stuff from system.base.def? If the original doesn't display properly in IKEMEN without modification, then there's either a bug with IKEMEN or it's since been fixed and you're running an outdated build.

I'm using the latest non-nightly build of 0.99. Didn't think to use the system.base.def so that made things a bit easier. I was able to fix up the little icons for how many players is on a team.

Now my current issue is that the mode select is still doing what is shown in the pictures on. Do I have the right sprite values for the group and index in the previous message above? In Fighter Factory it looks correct, but in Ikemen the images are all over the screen.

What is the issue exactly? Is the first image what you want the second one to look like? Is one P1 and the other P2?

My bad, I thought I was being clear. The first image is almost correct. The end result is supposed to look like this from my mugen screenpack build:



The two issues is that
1) The icons for how many characters are a multi and turns are not showing up.
2) When you select modes, the text moves across the screen despite when in fighter factory, it doesn't shift/move at all.

I don't know if I have the right values for group and index in the sprites
(Solo - 0, 103)
(multi - 0, 109)
(Tag Team - 0, 84)
(Turns - 0, 85)
(Ratio - 0, 86)

Been trying to get more done with my screenpack as of late, but I've run into a couple of problems with the mode select feature.





I've tried looking into other screenpacks to see what others did but to no avail.

We have seen how you have evolved a lot since the time we met you watching your YouTube channel, truly a giant leap. Seeing you now is hard to believe what you were like before. Know that we always like your creations, this was one of the first stages we had in our Mugen, and seeing it in HD is incredible. Keep it up and you'll go far.

I've been working on making Magolor for Mugen with him being a more seriously sprited character. Was mostly inspired by Arc-System spritework but of course I'm not as skilled as them. They're still coming out pretty good.

Flickering Triangles

I'm having an odd case of flashing triangles all over the screen to the point where it's hard to play the game.

The only thing I could find about it being a driver issue, however my other games play perfectly fine and does not occur in normal mugen.

Ori's stage from Rivals of Aether! Converted into a Mugen stage with the Ori and the Blind Forest Melody.

Tested on Mugen 1.1, might work on Mugen 1.0 if you remove the zoom feature.
