Actually this is a sort of adaptation of aof style so i thought it could be consired a sort of cps2/3 graphic style.

I use gimp 2.0 for work and edit sprites and fighter factory classic to edit the palette. Glad to know you appreciate my mugen works tough I suggest you to use the latest sff of Takuma and mr.karate because the old ones are full of sprites bugs imperfections and animation issues.

Hello.

It looks really great the new stance. This new animation is for CVS2 Takuma with grooves? Where I can download this char?

You can use it on all my Takuma versions, just switch or add the new sprites with fighter factory classic, next switch the stance animation in the statedef number 0 in the air file and save the file.

nah scale is fine.why big head tho?
most CVS characters have bigger head compared to their kof incarnations.

I do but just a little, i increased a bit the feet and for the for face the ratio is quite the same except for the shading and I moved the eyes position a pixel forward. I think this is a way to have good animation without going mad with the sprites intercalation and also a quicker method to convert a big amount of sprites.I'm using this method on other chars as well.

All right, i retouched a little shading in the gloves, here's a comparison with the kof stance

By comparing side by side, I can say the result is good.
the touching was enough here.

perfect size for head. particularly considering how small is Yashiro's head in 2K2

This is really promising.

Many thanks mate, i preferred to not exaggerate to avoid bugs, May be the shoes should be alil bigger, but in the end i think the result looks quite satisfying IMO
I made an edit of the Karate stance to actually be Takuma



Great edit mate i'll do Takuma stance based on this sprite.
