3. That was actually satisfied with what I came up with. I used reference from Infinite's Krauser to make it and its close to the same and most liked it

How nice of you to pop this guy out, he's pretty smooth and feels like a decent modern rendition of 'im.

Here's ye' olde' issues and nitpicks:

1. His Deadly Knees lacks a grab sound when it connects.
2. Most of his EX moves don't have the EX Startup Sound play.
3. His Omega Mattron Dusalop feels pretty weak in terms of sounds and visuals, especially compared to his other Level 3.
4. It's kinda odd that he has 2 Anti-Airs (Ti Kau Loi and Seuxdaw Kapan) when the latter is more effective. I'd suggest keeping the Ti Kou Loi but giving it the pros the Kapan has without making it too similar to the Ti Kau Koon.

But good on you for adding the Wall Bounce config, though. Here's hoping your older chars get this treatment at some time.

Yea, ikr lol. RL had me busy and etc. I wanted to release him last night but I noticed my computer havingg an issue so im trying to resolve that.

Hopefully you get it done soon. The quicker something's attended to, the better.

Slow but somewhat steady progress.
I've updated the Slaughter Hook with the Ground Bounce based from DW's Rock's EX Rage Run.
The New EX move is the Sokushitsu Goda (Based from T7) replacing the re-used D,DB,B,p Moves.
Lastly the Demon God Fist sprites have been replaced by newer ones found in Chuchoryu's newer version and Zabujca Milan's version (The latter being what I imported from).

Video soon because it's taking another decade to upload.

I did an emergency update to (New) Ryu, because I've had an edit or two I had at the ready a while ago, these including re-enabling Command Movement and adding Victorys' Normal small port. I also changed his EX Hadouken's FX to the Hi-Res equivalent which was already used for Evil Ryu's Shakunetsu Hadouken.
The former stuff may have already been added in a stealth update, but I posted this to make sure, so redownload.

I've also gotta be ready for when Jmm releases his Ken update with the updated Ryu patch(es) with the new Team Super and etc.

Thanks for listening sir, but 1, 3 and 4 still persist.
3 new things aswell:
1. The Guard FX when his F + z Autoguards is misplaced.
2. I swear I could Back Roll in the previous version. Maybe it's just me though.
3. His Normals and Specials could do with more damage in general, the Specials mainly being the Non-EX Red Rage, Shoryudah and Cannon Kick.

Kinda expected this when I read Heat Hurricane in your Wall Bounce post, nice to see ya' try this guy, especially with the EX moves.
My feedback:
1. Standing HP does minimal damage.
2. When he gets hit during the start of his Shoryudah, he'll be standing in mid-air.
3. HP Heat Hurricane's Elbow doesn't connect properly, ending the combo allowing P2 to block or evade.
4. LP and EX Heat Hurricane's 3rd Hit doesn't connect properly, ending the combo allowing P2 to block or evade.
5. Shouldn't Cannon Kick be an Overhead?
6. Impact Combo's Combo won't connect properly after the First Hit, allowing P2 to block or evade.
7. Impact Combo's Air Portion of the Combo can have P2 standing in mid-air if you stop tapping buttons during it.

Do you plan to add 2dee/Shinrei's CS aswell? I know you sent me it before.

For a (very) custom Hotaru, I haven't found much in terms of bugs but here's some feedback-ey stuff:
1. Some of the move choices are kinda random like the Pheonix Rider, Create Fire and Water Zen (With the Ice Cubes), mainly because of the reliance on Elements (Fire and Ice) which she doesn't use in the source material.
2. The charge time required for the Boomerang (Over a second) is a bit too long.
3. Pheonix Fang Arrow caused an endless Debug Flood saying "Parent in Retargeted Trigger has been Destroyed".
4. MAX Pheonix Fang Arrow seems to do the same damage (sometimes less, I think) than the Normal version.
5. No Guardsparks on the Pheonix during Pheonix Rider and Create Fire Rider.
6. Her Super Portrait for MAX ComboPheonix has Green Hair.

Not even Sony would be dumb enough to censor someone like Mai, for example. Considering they didn't censor things in The Last Of Us 2 and likely won't censor Cyberpunk 2077 either, I think even they have their limits.

They seems to be perfectly fine with the SamSho girls so I guess...

I actually could use the Grab anim. The animation for the move right now is a bit Hadouken-esque, especially seeing how its used.
