So this guy was sitting on my computer for a long while and since I'm not going to fix or continue him I decided to share him
I coded him using Rock Howard by DivineWolf as a base and by using Ryo2005's sff and air file so his frame data and collision boxes are all over the place(be warned)
he only has 2 EX Moves,1 Super and roll mechanics
Effects are hiresed by ZeroInfinity

Goku in first post is updated kaioken attack works differently based on button version now and Lv2 Kamehameha is SSJ instead of SSJ2
an Incomplete version of Freeman from Garou is added.

Edited version of Add004 Tag Lifebar,allowin jumping tag in
Commands
y+a is assist
y+a forward or back is change
Z+B is change/tag in Attack costs 250 power
c+z is hyper tag cancel where if you have 500 power and managed to land a super to opponent you can call in partner to do a super by pressing c+z

Shiyo Kakuge(For Wonderful Tag System)
