Quick update for Nimue:

- Does Remote Control Noise have any special property? Seems a bit underwhelming compared to her other specials and to 5C
She just simply creates a projectile right in front of her which moves toward the opponent with different moving speed and damage output based on the button pressed. Currently I don't have the source game with me but it works pretty similar here.

This looks too ridiculous for a special move, and I'm a guy who likes to not have much balance. The Divine Light EXA looks more like a special move than this.
I hate to break it to you but you are talking about balance while comparing a source-accurate meterless special with a self-insert meterless hyper. Not to mention, 214A has a long startup and isn't even plus on block.

1. Boss version of Kamui Tokinomiya (aka Unlimited Kamui), in Arcana Heart 3 LMSSX's survival Survival Score Attack mode she serves as the final battle and she is equipped with more powerful version of her moveset and some brand new moves and insane AI.
I really have no plan for the Unlimited Type characters at the moment, yet the idea might worth considering.

2. Parace L'sia, the notorious secret boss of Arcana Heart, incurable made her for Mugen a long time ago, but the code is mess and has no good AI and all the AI patches made the code messier with bugs and slowdowns for weaker PCs, basically someone have to remade the character.
The Arcana Heart franchise is not something I'm familiar with in the first place, so I don't think I can do her justice. However, speaking of bosses, If I do plan to make a boss character one day then I want my own G.Akiha first.

Where can I get the lifebars that you use?
You can get it here. It's originally for 1280x720 but the lifebars which I'm currently using right now has been modified to suit the 4:3 ratio.

And after checking this myself, I have to admit that this will come very handy for people to check out character's moveset as well as the Bonus mechanic I've included for my characters. Since I'll be gradually updating all my characters in patches of 10, alongside custom-states for OHMSBY's Coco, I would like to have these included for them for the sake of convenience too. Do hit me up when you have more in your hand.

Noticed a few things so far:
I got these fixed.

- Her Astral Heat being a counter feels like it defeats the purpose, but I'm not familiar with these games
So the way the Astral Heat works is that it will turn into a strike if you cancel into it, meaning it can be combo'ed despite of being a counter move. This is a common thing in BBTAG which you can also find the identical hyper counter move in Hakumen and Elizabeth.

He makes a good point. Since Yukari is the only character you made has that, this can also make Feather - Bomb unblockable if you combine it together. It could deal a lot of damage in the air and can be very hard to avoid airborne due to how spread out the arrows are. I'll probably have to report that to Resentone's Cirno as well as I didn't know it works that way.
Thank you for the heads-up, I got the 2B arrows fixed for Yukari now.

Alright, I've taken my time to update Potemkin again after receiving feedbacks on the Discord server. My apologizes for not giving all the benefits that he has in the first place. So without further ado,

If memory serves me right, Hiryu doesn't have Japanese voice in MvCI. However, if you wish to make a Japanese voice patch for him, you can use his voicelines in UMvC3 instead. Look here:

Unfortunately, this was Potemkin's Face Art in Guilty Gear X2 so there was pretty much nothing I can do about the fingers.


- Is there any utility to 5C? It looks like it should have armor or wall bounce or something, but instead it just seems like one of his worst normals. Doesn't even combo from 5B
For an overhead, 5C could be his worst button due to how long its startup takes yes. However, I believe it's kinda fair in exchange for how long his B normals can reach. Also, you can link 5C with Slide Head if you want to hit low after or F.D.B., which puts the opponent in stagger status in the first attempt. You can also followup with another 5B string while they are dizzy or 5A if you are close to the corner.

- If Gigantic Bullet is spaced right, the Giganter wall will hit second and still stun P2 for the best of both worlds
- The AI is very useless when he's far away from the enemy
Thank you for reporting, I got these fixed. Now the Giganter projectile now should be disappearing as soon as Potemkin charges forward and AI's behaviors have also been readjusted.

I'm glad you enjoyed the old name since it was just a wack spoonerism for "Adachi". For Vinnie, Vincent Zhang was my IGN in The Last Stand: Dead Zone back in 2012. Yet I don't feel like using it again now since it rather long, so I shorten it to just "Vinnie".
