Hes used either non standard sprites for a custom state. Or those characters don't have the required sprites.

Easy to diagnose. Turn on debug. See if there is a bunch of text saying things like mvc2 character missing required sprite xxxx,x or the like. If thats not happening his custom anim is either terrible or designed with a full game in mind.

Simple to fix still but lets see where the fault is first.

I try to avoid doing things terribly~

Just to clear things up,

The project was not officially handed over to lui.  However he's free to do what he wants to the cracked version.  Which is why he stated he'd call it something maybe like "Capcom Universe + Remix".  It's kind of like how Namco made Pac-Man and allowed Midway to add more content and called it Pac-Man plus.

I'll be releasing a final official version soon since the project deserves a proper ending.  It'll have a few new stages, cviper, lei-lei and pure.   After that it will only receive updates for functionality.  Any new characters and stages beyond that will be courtesy of Lui

She looks gorgeous.  You're really doing her Justice.  Your animation is professional grade.  The special effects look great.  Would it be okay to include her in my project when you finish her?  I'm also interested in a hybrid moveset but adapted to a VS engine.

I'm feeling flattered you coming here to say this, yes I'd be more than ok for you to include her in your project! It's still a long road ahead to complete it but she will indeed be completed some day.

Woah Beximus surprised seeing you here. I would enjoy Juri being there though I doubt it will be finished by then (no offense to DelusionTrim if it seems like i'm insinuating him being slow at this). Just in case Chuchoryu updated his Juri a bit if this one isn't finished in time.
Edit: I changed Ink to DelusionTrim sorry dude.

I don't think DelusionTrim's pace would be an issue I have a lot on my plate as well.  I have two jobs and I'm going to college part time.  I won't be finishing my project for a while.

Hmm...could potentially do that with Roll. I was thinking of that with Dhalsim too because Dhalsim lol.
Oh, I thought Lilith and Morrigan were on the same team or something lol. But, up to you~ The wings could definitely work for her, seeing as ya know, she's already got enough "there" as it is (but so doesn't Mika. Mika could also go with the Lord Raptor treatment if you wanna have someone for that, or want to avoid having too many follow Lilith's example). So if Mika doesn't get that, then...well, hard to say. I know you'd prefer it with Mika, but it could easily be done to someone else better (not saying that it'd be better for Michelle mind you as already mentioned, but for someone else of smaller stature like Ingrid, Sakura, etc. You know...to those that it would fit best on).

Now that you mention it R.Mika's butt would be a great idea.  She does use it prominently as an attack.

Lilith is combined into Morrigan as you say, but she is also a full character of her own.  I'm working on doing a switch mode where morrigan let's lilith come out and you can play as her with her own sprites and moveset.

With so many characters in the game we may have to cover the same body part more than once on some of them


Dictator's Hat does seem pretty obvious.  They did it with Lei-Lei
i think you're right Ken hands Ryu Feet
Maybe we could inflate Nash's arms like popeye.  maybe Hulk's arms can be used as a base.
What about sakura's cheeks?
Rose how about her hips.
Chun li's hair buns would definately work too.
Ibuki is definately hard to figure out.

Amingo's head is that bump under the hat with his eyes lol.

What about Roll's whole body puffing up.  she's so small she'd be like a ball with a head and limbs.
Michelle - i would like to go with the Wings to avoid having more than 2 characters with inflating boobs. Lilith is in the game as well.
Q - i agree with the hat.  I'd like to save the inflated mask for a different character.
Ingrid - Gloves are fine too. I picked the sun discs because of how iconic they are with her.

  Her name has been changed from Erida to Medusa to better fit her character bio.  Li-kun and i worked together to finalize this look for her.  I had a general idea of what i wanted Medusa to look like but it was Li-kun that really fleshed out her character by adding his personal touches to her.  Showing that she's a tragic character in a sense.

She's a victim of human enhancement experiments and doesn't know who she is anymore.  All she can remember is pain.  Her consciousness is filled with anger, hatred, and misguided malice.  She dedicates what's left of her fading sanity to protecting Nemesis so that she may succeed in ending human existance.

She's a violent close combat fighter that moves quickly relying on disorganized and frenzied attacks.
she has no projectiles.  she can be summed up best as a berzerker.

I think what master assassin is asking for is how to create the shutters effect.

If you're making a full game i reccommend that the shutters be placed in the shared fightfx sprite file and the animations for it in the fightfx animation file.  have them activate in state 5900
