Founds some errors for your Taiga:

-Finishing an opponent with 1% health using Taiga Rampage can cause a late KO animation. https://streamable.com/zyeg7c
-Her fall animation is bit weird.

I found a corner infinite for Rentaro by doing this:
5A.A.A>5B.B

Tested on Stupa's Training with OHMSBY's code in it.

EDIT: I found another infinite for Ushiwakamaru by doing this:

Here's my feedback:

-His Thunder Needle A/B doesn't have a following attack.
-The Astral Finish sound plays when you do an Astral Heat with Stupa's Training or doing it with any character in Training Mode.
-He doesn't have a proper launcher attack and air combo. (I'm sure you're using Ichida's Kouma as a base.)
-He doesn't have a charged Thunder Needle B command.
-He doesn't have a running attack commands, like most of OHMSBY-style characters.
-Sometimes, a short debug flood occurs when you do Celestial Strike.

because whenever i tried to do ohmsby, resentone, ichida's characters i get confused of how can you change the palettes

Alright, here's a tutorial for you:

-Open Fighter Factory 3
-Open the character's .def file (I'll choose Ichida's Miyako Arima as an example)
-Go to "Advanced palette editor"
-Pick one of the palettes you want to replace (Pal 1-12)
-Click the "Open palette from a file" (above the undo button)
and pick a palette you've downloaded (Kuda Izuna palette as an example)
-Click the "Commit changes to the current palette", close the editor, and save (Ctrl+s)

Now you're done, and it helps for you.

Had to test your Quote again, and I've found that his sprite that used on his EXA has a visual error.
I've compared it with his default palette, your Ash Ketchum palette, and my Roblox Noob palette.

There's an error for Emi when you grab the opponent from behind and face into opposite direction, she's throwing them in a wrong way.

Oh and btw, I just encountered that glitch during Bowser's Whirling Fortress move in the air that which his ChangeState has him standing while floating in one of my release video.

That happened before while I'm recording a fight as Miyako. (where it was rejected)

Oh, and not just Bowser AI patch has an error, but Holn's other AI patches like Ragna where he can't grab the opponent and some debug floods.
