Thanks to Trololo for the tip, now i can add another throw and the commansd are working good.

Are you making a Retsu stage too? I remember you had a Eddy Gordo stage to match him but I don’t think you ever released it

Well, I already found two cool stages to work good with Restu, I made some small adjustment on both, like add Zoom, Superjumps and the bounds, or change some sprites, I dont remember the autors.

About these Moves: how are their codes situated in CNS?
Codes for moves with harder Commands Motions are better to be situated OVER Codes for moves with easier Command Motions. That way they won't overlap.

That´s true!!! How can I forgot that coding mugen rule?????  Let me check about it, Thanks once more bro!!!

Thanks for the feedback.
I have planned to give him a counter/grappler style (the more closer so Shorinji Kempo), but I do not why the input commands are not working.
Anyways, The comboability and the variety of moves will make Retsu a very fun-to-play character. Take care bro and wish me luck.

Thanks to all for your comments and feedback for this project.

I dunno, man. I personally don't think these fancy kicks like Van Damme's fit Retsu.
But damn, I really applaud on that "Budda's Palm"! That's actually a good idea!

First of all, I want to thank you for the tip of research about the Shorinji Kempo. I Definitively took as base to the Retsu´s grabs. Also add some attacks from. I try to add some more grabs, but i do not why the trigger activation command isn´t working.

You know, in some lore I read about Retsu was once a shaolin monk for a while, so I decide to add some kicks based in the crazy Shaolin flexibility.

I practice Taekwondo since I was 16 and Capoeira since my 20´s, and I want to add some of my spirit in Retsu figthing skills. (the same way I add new moves to the original arsenal of my EDDY GORDO mugen version)

Im very glad you like the "Budda's Palm", I think was a very good Idea too.

BTW. Thanks to RagingRowen, Retsu will have original voice FX. Thank bro.

Edited a few sprites involving the neckband so it's a bit smoother, and one with the mouth after his C.HK.

Anyone willing to do more sprites like Runs, Dashes and Rolls, throw 'em at me.

Wait, Lessard never made sprites for any of those?

Hmm... I suppose until you get sprites for them, you could use the Asura Senku sprites for the Rolls & Dash. Not exactly the most ideal, but they are something.

Nah there wasn't sprites in the sff.
Lessard's retired aswell so I can't ask.

I might just limited to to Forward Dashing for now for the run and worry about the rest later.

I didn`t know about this KAGE update, I have planned an upgrade and making and revamping the sff, maybe add te run, rolling and dash sprites...

WoW! Great Work. Any coder working on rETSU? Or is it TBD?

Lessard tends to do the coding himself as far as I know.


Also, Lessard. I see Kempo moves in Retsu, but how focused will he be with the projectile moves, any new projectile moves with Retsu?

As you must know im not the best at coding, But i try to do my best and Eddy Gordo its a great example. I just want to learn how to make a decent AI for my chars.

OMG, I have totally forgot the Street Fighter X Tekken Heihachi cross art, Thanks for the advice, Let me say I sprite/animate/code that Hyper into my Heihachi and It look awesome (If I can say) the gameplay have been enriched with. Hey people of MFG- Sadly I have been bussy in college, so I dont have to much free time for my mugen WIPs, but somehow I have managed to almost complete my updated/upgraded version of HEIHACHI
 
HEIHACHI To Do List

-The original version  has only 395 sprites (including FX and portraits) my version till now have 686 (mostly of new sprites to give the more close moveset from TEKKEN game)
-The original version  has only 210 animation my version till now have 268 (mostly of them are new moves from TEKKEN games)
-Like Eddy Gordo, the comboability and gameplay have been upgraded (not its less spamming and more variable AI attacks beheaviour)
- Added almost all my favorite Heihachi attacks moveset from TEKKEN.
- Upgraded the CS, now the hair and bandarms not share color anymore and i was drawed the "ROARING TIGER" in the back ot the gi.
- Now it have 3 hypers: TEKKEN 7´s RAGE ART, and 2 versions of 10 HITS COMBO . (1 more Hyper left,  Accept suggestions)
- 2 throws added already: JUMPING POWERBOMB and FREEFALL (from TEKKEN 7)
- Almost all the attacks can be canceled into other ones, like EDDY. (it cause very fun a destroying combos)
- Tekken sound FX added.
- I almost finish to upgrade/revamp all the sprites (the original head was a little big and looks kind of superdeformed char) So I crop some pixels and looks much better, also im drawing the bandage in the arms, because in lot of sprites changes into bandwrist.
-Add a new (sligtly edited) Stand pose
-Almost remove the attack sprite/animations to avoid look like the shoto chars like Ryu and Ryo sprite bases,
- Recoded most of the animation timing and action codes.
- New small and big portrait
- New upgraded palettes
- I thinks its all ´till now.

So good to see a good Black Manta in mugen, finally!

What!!! Finally??? Shining and I released the first original version of Black Manta in May 2018. But I must admit Mr. Giang Made a fantastic update to our job. Thanks  Mr. Giang, but dont forget give the proper credits to the original creators.

This Its kinda fun, im just made the same update in the same stage (I dont remeber the original autor rigth now), I just expanded the post and eletric wires, and the korean sign.LOL .

Some days ago I put some new sprite/animation/test for Chuchoryu´s HEIHACHI in MMV (I do not remember wich post  :omg: ), in order to give a moveset more closest to the original game. Before I realize (like controled by the MUGEN spirit :lol!: :lol!: ) I was already started to upgrade HEIHACHI with a LESSARD´s gameplay (something like I did with EDDY GORDO). The upgrade its about three weeks  of advance and its at 85%.

- Comboability and gameplay upgraded (not its less spamming and more variable AI beheaviour)
- Added almost all my favorite Heihachi attacks moveset from TEKKEN.

Hey what´s up brothers of the Guild. Just yesterday; one month ago, I start this WIP, and now its at 90% finished.

I decided to make a mix from old school style and C.R.I. concept... and I love the result.  

What features already done:

- Almost fully 90% SFF
- 6 button gameplay
- 2 Throws
- Reversal moves (hitback & grappling)
- Good comboability
- Run animation
- 10 Palettes
- 7 Specials
- 4 Hypers

@LESSARD: State 517/518 isn't damaging my Ryu in the corner. I hold fwd+Z, fwd+C and it connects, but Ryu is launched and takes no damage. If I space it properly, and only the 2nd hit on fwd+C connects, he receives damage.

This character is a lot of fun. Learning the combos is pretty entertaining too. The bounce off the wall from C can be chained into SLP, SMP, SFP. I think it's like a 7hit combo that looks and acts great!

Thanks, Odb718, It will be cool if post a video, gif or picture to show the problem. I will check it. Im not very skilled in coding AI, I think It will be next upgrade, and yes I earned to get a very fun and original combo style.  Im very glad you enjoy my character
