I made my Ikemen version like real sources with the music included with the browser  on the game. the game never had delta first places because was a small stage. but the way you did for mugen look nice. but only suggestion I can give you is that you do need to adjust the parallax a bit and tone down the  vertical follow as well. so this way its feel like real street fighter 2 movement. but that just a suggestion.

No, I tested without Brutality mod, and that still there. Also happen with Ichida's Asuna(Is Happen with some OHMSBY chars in 99.0ver of Ikemen Go)
