Alright, I'm gonna be on the unpopular opinion here, but I'd gladly welcome a Marvel fighter by NRS.
Say whatever you want about their animations or the lack of varied body types, but NRS is one of the top dogs of the fighting game industry, right alongside Capcom and Bamco. Their presentation is always top notch, they already have experience making superhero games, and their titles have a good rep as far as handling pre-launch to DLC. Not to mention, they're pretty much the only non-Capcom studio out there that could possibly work out a Marvel fighter, since Namco does them every once in a blue moon, Arc Sys is filled to the brim with their other games and DLCs, and other studios are probably too obscure or revolve around small anime fighters.
It's unclear how willing Disney would be to play ball with one of their largest competitors in the entertainment space, but deals like these do come down from time to time.
After the poor initial and quick abandonment of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, it'd make sense that Disney would seek out a developer with similar stature and proven track record at producing hits to work on their next potential fighting game.
NetherRealm's ability to craft expansive and impressive cinematic story modes would also likely be one of their biggest selling points to Disney and Marvel as well.
If these rumors do turn out to be true, however, the existence of a NetherRealm x Marvel game would probably spell doom for any future Marvel vs. Capcom project for years to come.
While there had been some signs of promise recently that both companies came together again to release MvC and Marvel Arcade 1Up cabinets, but it's hard to imagine greenlighting competing products anywhere near each other.
It is important to remember that these "leaks" are still only in the realm of rumors, so this information should be taken with a huge grain of salt.
... but we are currently unable to implement even the most basic changes to the forum or its underlying software, and it is unclear when that will change, if ever. It's very cool and normal.
What is with these weird Street Fighter collabs that's been happening lately?
This year alone we've witnessed collabs with FOTNS, Fortnite, Power Rangers, an effing fragrance line.
And the one game that highly requests a Street Fighter collab by its community, namely KOF All-Stars, keeps evading away.
Its safe to assume that at least 90% of the previous game's roster is coming back.
The PS3, Vita and PSP were originally to be closed in summer. But good news for the PS3 and Vita, it will still be continued.: https://www.gamespot.com/articles/ps3-ps-vita-stores-will-not-be-closing-as-sony-backtracks-on-controversial-decision/1100-6490312/?utm_source=gamefaqs&utm_medium=partner&utm_content=news_module&utm_campaign=homepage
Momochi, who qualified for top 8 of the Japan 1 event looking for a spot in next year's Capcom Cup, was the youngest player on the losers side of the bracket at 35, with veterans Keita "Fuudo" Ai (35), Hiromiki "Itabashi Zangief" Kumada (39), and Daigo Umehara (39) alongside him.
"I'm the youngest guy in losers. This industry is dangerous. Is there a future? I'm worried, this is a fighting game tournament full of old men," Momochi explained after the event on his Twitch stream.
