this color issue seems to be from using specific wrong shaders. That, or the palette from Captain Commando is badly indexed.
Is there a way to correct it, or is it easier just change the setting?
Like if I change the Button Setting, which this Mess up happens. Example: the X Button is connected to the Failed Shader and I want to change it that X and A Button have the Same Shader?
So I have this Luffy character that is just awesome. However I hate the fact that you can't hit him while he is ducking or attacking. Is there any way to fix this and make him hittable during these actions?

I had posted this a while back but I initially thought it was due to Super Armor but its not. I removed the super armor and problem still insists. so I'm posting again with video.

The attack hits when only one attempts but if both executes Super the attack does not hit.
priority is set to 4,hit.
I have a NotHitby SCA,NA but the hitdef attribute is S,HA

It's for the zoomdelta & perspective, also to not break the dithering of the floor, if you remove the scaling of everything you will see the stage returning to its original perspective, but is not as nice.
I find this method easier, but if you don't mind the lack of zoomdelta and are still interested in editing it I can give you the complete floor sprite

Lol! You saw the floor sprite huh? Unless you understand interpolation, it's gonna be difficult. But if moving elements is the issue he has Bgctls at the bottom of the .def file that move all the elements of the floor as well as the sprites on top of it. And a Bgctl that moves everything in the background. Maybe that can be of assistance.
