this color issue seems to be from using specific wrong shaders. That, or the palette from Captain Commando is badly indexed.

Is there a way to correct it, or is it easier just change the setting?
Like if I change the Button Setting, which this Mess up happens. Example: the X Button is connected to the Failed Shader and I want to change it that X and A Button have the Same Shader?

use this one, all configured for widescreen..
and don't full screen by using max window, but USE ALT+Enter key!

Again this one is to return the favor from @Resentone
maybe this is my best stage work, heavily infuenced by Hakugyokurou 3D by Margatroid.
now I fully understand why Margatroid want to use scanline, since parallex's object can't do y delta right.
but scanline is too hard for me and too heavy for my low end PC. :)




Require Mugen 1.1 with OpenGL
looped music.
no need to scale down characters

Thanks to @Resentone, he gived me this bunch of CV RIPs, since I only requested Misaki's voice.
I feel bad that I just wast it around, so I picked up some easy parts and made this stage.
it's not that fancy one that with a lots of layers (I believe original is in 3D) and parallax but I believe is a OK one.

Require Mugen 1.1 with OpenGL
looped music.
no need to scale down characters

I had posted this a while back but I initially thought it was due to Super Armor but its not. I removed the super armor and problem still insists. so I'm posting again with video.

The attack hits when only one attempts but if both executes Super the attack does not hit.

priority is set to 4,hit.
I have a NotHitby SCA,NA but the hitdef attribute is S,HA
 :???:

Nothitby have bug it's always not hit by anything.

use hitby instead or

remove your not hit by but increase to 6,hit

This is the alpha version, it has no zoomdelta so it doesn't have the same scope of the final one, nor the tendrils/tentacles.

It's for the zoomdelta & perspective, also to not break the dithering of the floor, if you remove the scaling of everything you will see the stage returning to its original perspective, but is not as nice.

I find this method easier, but if you don't mind the lack of zoomdelta and are still interested in editing it I can give you the complete floor sprite :P

Lol! You saw the floor sprite huh? Unless you understand interpolation, it's gonna be difficult. But if moving elements is the issue he has Bgctls at the bottom of the .def file that move all the elements of the floor as well as the sprites on top of it. And a Bgctl that moves everything in the background. Maybe that can be of assistance.  ;)


the problem is i want to make everything bigger than zoom out so character will not be too big . no need to change localcrood
but 1 most thing is scanline, 2nd   y scale on everything i don't know why

There is no such thing called balance in MUGEN community not in the roster keeper.

your balance is not my balance.
your equal is not my equal.
only math equal can be equal!  like 1=1 or 2=2

let took one of your idea
some char need to be less than 1000. but to what extend?
999 is less than 1000 but also 10 is also less than 1000, why you pick 889 not 888? not 777? why 889 is equal for you? not 810?
it is pointless to talk like this. only 1000=1000

real commercial game have a manager behind it, if player found some character is too cheap or too weak, player can use money to vote and not buying the game so the Game have a Ultimate goal which is attracting the player. so the manager will tweak the balance based on player's money.

but MUGEN creators have no manager and no player's money, so the product's goal is not to attract player or their money but entertain creator themself.  if the creator's roster have full of overpowered cheap character (this is shaped by country, envionment, and cultrue), clearly make a "balanced" character will result the character got beaten by other cheap one so badly, and anyone saw their own effect and time got beaten  is a heart breaking experience. so creator will create a more overpowered one to counter the "balance" to find back a good experience and no manager will say no to you.

you see the real balance keeper is not creator, but the roster builder for MUGEN.

Hey, guys! i'm having a problem in my Mugen, when I run a special on the opponent the special doesn't cover the entire screen and it gets completely weird, I use localcoord, my screenpack is HD res and I don't know how to solve someone can help me?

because you changed localcoord and changed all picture's size. so that's why it's not cover full screen.
the character is designed in the original localcoord not yours

unless you change picture sizes or scale it use other pararmeter
or convert it into 1.1 to use different space coordinates.

no perfect solution for this.
