Funny thing I was checking your Laura rips and those are easily editable into KOF sprites, with a shader with KOF in mind it would be even easier.

Podrias usar GraphicsGale, q es gratis, aunq si son sprites estaticos no es muy diferente hacerlos en un programa como Aseprite o MSPaint.
Para animar los programas con timeline, onionskin, y layers te facilitan muchas cosas, pero hay gente terca como yo que hacia animaciones "decentes" en MSPaint.

This looks way too much like the source.
The shadows on the nearest leg are not how CvS cast shadows, the proportions are still AoF1 like.
You are probably better with KOF XII/XIII or AoF3 as your base.

Dune.
I didn't like Dune, it looks awesome, I mean, it is shot in a way that is a joy to the eyes, but the movie itself feels way too long to tell a not that interesting story.
I know where they came, this story is the base to a lot of stories that came after, nevertheless, even when every piece of it is great, acting, direction and stuff, the story feels empty, and the ending is worst than that from The Fellowship of the Ring.

Pratt's performance in the Lego Movie was great, he sounded like a professional voice actor and not just a celebrity on a sound booth.
He, and Jack Black, may be the better picks from the bunch.

Great sprites, that Axel animation works as a walk back animation, the stance should be more subtle.
I tried a few years ago just reshading Axerl but that didn't worked at all, lol.
