So I have been following the only video tutorial I could find that involves making Project EF-12 characters:

I spent about two days on this. I keep getting the same issue:

If you can't tell, some pieces of the mesh are missing, some of the pieces of the mesh are in another location than it should be, and some are working as intended. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I must've followed the same tutorial like 20 times to no success.
Help?
