well im back on it, took a nice 4 year break from my project.
got back to work on it but its getting a rework in name title and roster

Increase that value. Note that pressing any button during the win screen will skip it anyway.

First, why are you screaming? Turn off that caps lock...
Second, it is not just a program that does that, it is not like you just click and it magically do it for you, YOU need to know how it works. Anyway, Photoshop can do it, GIMP probably can, basically any advanced image editor can. Just search tutorials on youtube on "how to remove tree from image with [software]".

Nice to see you finally announcing it here, I've been lurking on the discord server so I knew you would announce it soon or later.
I'm with you on the "yet another Ryu" thing, there is nothing wrong with making existing characters if what you're making is a brand new and improved version. We still don't have a propper PotS Ryu that is not based on the original, build from scratch, which already makes me excited. Good luck and coming from you I know it will be great!

Any recommendations for a 1280 x 720 screenpack? One that is not too heavy on animations since my laptop is not that good.

Yes. In the CMD you need to find the moves coded for the AI (not to be confused with the ones intended for the player) and change their "random" values. You can spot if a command is used by the AI if one of the triggers is "AIlevel".

So I installed add004 to my Mugen, patched all of my chars. And the first thing that I see is.. where's the fuck are the names? Like I'm not seeing any names popping up during a match or training. Is this some kind of a bug?

Go to data/add004/res/, rename "_name.fnt" to "name.fnt" (remove the "_").
If you use bs0 or svc, go to their respective folders instead.
